Meet Your Guides:
Machelle Lee & Darcie Peck
Aloha, My name is Machelle:
I believe that taking care of your body, mind, soul and spirit is a lifestyle.
My yoga journey began in 2008. I found that having a consistent yoga practice provided me with a way to find balance and connect with my inner being. I have experienced (and continue to experience) profound healing and harmony of my body, mind and spirit through my personal yoga practice on and off my mat. I completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training at Hawaii School of Yoga in 2018 so that I could share this practice with others.
I teach various styles of yoga that include hatha, vinyasa, yin and restorative yoga. My yoga classes are designed for ALL LEVELS. One of my main teaching goals is for students to leave my classes feeling better than they did when they initially showed up to class.
I enjoy teaching playful, creative classes that focus on awareness of one’s body, mind and breath, while increasing strength, flexibility and mindfulness. The yin and restorative elements of my classes focus on healing the body, mind and spirit. I encourage each person to release mental, emotional and physical stresses so that each person can feel nourished, well rested, refreshed and balanced.
