Many things can get in the way of a good night's sleep. Evening yoga is a great way to prepare your mind and body for rest.  Each class will include breath work, (pranayama) slow gentle movements linked to mindful breath and various yin and restorative yoga postures that focus on finding stillness and conscious rest to discharge the physical, mental, and emotional holdings of the day, to reduce stress and calm the nervous system, leaving you feeling elevated and blissful.

Each person will be encouraged to connect to his/her body through movement and breath, focusing on listening to the body and giving it what it needs throughout each class to connect the body, mind and spirit.  Each class will end with a long deep relaxing savasana with sound bowls, chimes and a symphonic gong.  This practice is beneficial to everyone and suitable for all levels, including those working with injuries. No prior yoga or meditation experience is needed and all levels are welcome.
